We are looking for a Export Sales Staff to join our Jakarta marketing office. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including invoicing, preparing shipping documents, communicating with clients, and collaborating with various internal departments. Proficiency in English is a must, and occasional travel to our Cirebon factory is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

– Generate and process invoices accurately and promptly.
– Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and other required export documents.
– Coordinate with the shipping team for delivery.
– Calculate costs and provide price information to customers.
– Assist in handling customer inquiries and issues.
– Be available to assist incoming visitors during trade fairs or expos.
– Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree from any major is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
– Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
– Willingness to travel to Cirebon factory.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
– Knowledge of export procedures is advantageous.
